We have raised families, opened businesses, earned degrees, and served our neighborhoods alongside every community that calls this state theirs. The Somaliland Ohio Association carries that story forward. We mentor the next generation into American careers, stand beside our elders, and work shoulder to shoulder with our neighbors to give back to the Ohio that gave us so much.

The Somaliland Ohio Association brings together the Somalilander community across Columbus, Cleveland, Cincinnati, Dayton, and the towns in between. The people leading it have been organizing this community for over 30 years, through cultural events, family milestones, civic engagement, and everything in between.
